Managing your wedding budget and expectations
Once you are ready to plan your luxury destination wedding with multiple days of events please take a look at this example when considering your wedding budget: This is of course dependent on destination and personal design and décor choices and number of events.
To host two days for 100 guests with multiple events we would suggest a minimum budget of 80,000€ to cover your events bearing in mind that this estimated figure is not fully progressive as guest numbers go up, meaning that to host 200 guests will need a budget in the region of 130,000€ and not necessarily double the budget of hosting 100 guests, again this depends on personal choices and destination to cover all aspects of the wedding plus the pre and post events.
This will not however cover all the costs of accommodation during your stay or your full wedding wardrobe. We also recommend that your planner fee is separate from this amount if possible. We can of course give more advice on this when we have our first informal exploratory Zoom meeting when we can fully explain our services and your investment for having us by your side for the planning journey up to and including the wedding and all your events.
Please give us as much detail of your vision as possible telling us the type of wedding you wish to have , date, number of events, number of guests and if you have a preferred destination or have a few in mind and would like to know more about them.
